We ensure this happens by keeping current, being friendly and listening to our customers’ needs.
If you are ever unhappy with any aspect of our work, we will – without question – respect your right to pay whatever amount you feel is more appropriate for that month.
In other words, if at the end of any month you are not completely delighted with the work we have done for you in that month, simply let us know and we will raise a credit note against the most recent monthly payment to reduce it to whatever amount you believe is fair, based upon your judgement of the value you have received.
